If we have any difficulties fulfilling the order within a reasonable time, we will notify you via email. Please note: all communication must be by email so that there is a record of all transactions for the benefit of all parties. Any issues relating to any order placed will be dealt with via email only. Unfortunately Langans Foam Tools Diy can not guarantee delivery times and dates. However we will endeavour to have any orders delivered to you as soon as possible. (Where an item is in stock and there are no issues with the transaction, typically 1 to 2 working days.) To check our stock availability please send us an email. Goods remain the property of Langans Foam Tools Diy until paid for. Cheque payments will be cleared before despatching goods. We must be notified via email of any shortages or damage to any order within 48 hours of delivery. An additional delivery charge may be incurred for deliveries outside UK mainland, and certain parts of Scotland. No extra delivery charge will be added to your bill until you have confirmed your acceptance of any notified surcharge. Please email us for further details. All deliveries will require a signature and any special arrangements must be advised at the time of placing order, i.e. if deliveries cannot be made on certain days or at certain times. Deliveries to a third party address are at the discretion of Langans Foam Tools Diy and will not necessarily be authorised. We retain the right to refuse to process your card details if we have any security issues relating to your payment. We will not enter into discussion regarding this point other than via email. In Accordance with the distance selling regulations customers have 7 days to return any item to qualify for a refund, which will be made less our delivery costs (not necessarily the same cost as any stated delivery charge). Goods must be returned in the original condition and packaging. If you consider any item to be faulty, we will arrange collection of said item if we are advised within 28 days of delivery. Any faulty item advised after 28 days must be returned at the customers expense. We will arrange the return of any faulty item to our suppliers for repair or replacement under the terms of the manufacturers warranty. We would strongly suggest that customers use an insured courier for this purpose. Any item shown to have been altered or mis-used will not qualify for repair or replacement under guarantee. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. |
